Es una buena ubicación, tiene muchos servicios y puedes llegar a los mejores lugares de Huatulco.

Semanas atrás, había solicitado una habitación con dos camas, lo cual me lo confirmaron, sin embargo al llegar al lugar, me indicaron lo contrario con un rotundo NO! Ni el intento hicieron de cumplir con la solicitud.

Lugar cómodo,limpio,buen servicio y comida deliciosa.

Su buffet, es excelente la comida, la cama súper cómoda y el personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Sólo les falta modernizar las regaderas y tele, de ahí en fuera todo es perfecto.

Lo unico rescatable es el desayuno buffet. La cama estuvo comoda, pero hace falta mas limpieza en la habitacion en general. Es muy céntrico.

El espacio y ubicación son buenas, al menos la villa que nos toco.

Pero la iluminación, la limpieza y la construcción dejan demasiado que desear, no funcionan todas las luces, encontramos un par de insectos y las paredes necesitan mantenimiento urgente.

Great location, airconditioning (though old), clean, cable...

Great location, airconditioning (though old), clean, cable tv.

I have stayed here loads of times over the years, and the wifi is *still* dodgy. It just doesn´t work unless you go and stand somewhere close to the door, which is not good if you count on it for being able to work. Don´t rely on the internet. At least this time it worked in the bathroom.

Location beside Zocalo. Swimming pool in back was best feature

Hard beds, poor lighting in room. Balconies were for looks only. No chairs or sitting room on them. Taxes, exchange etc. brought price up to $75 a night vs. the advertised $50

The hotel is perfectly located in Merida historical downtown.

The hotel is perfectly located in Merida historical downtown. It's near the main square, the cathedral and a few blocks away from Paseo Montejo. The staff was very helpful whenever we asked for recommedations of restaurants or places to know in the city. They're so polite! Our room was clean, with both ventilator and air conditioning

The bathroom was really small and there was one day we didnt have warm water. Also, walls seemed to be too thin and you could hear almost everything from next door and we particularly had a loud couple next door. The continental breakfast they offer could be improved, maybe with some different kind of fruits and not only bananas every day.

The location is excellent, right on the main plaza of La...

The location is excellent, right on the main plaza of La Crucecita. There are taxi stops right outside the hotel. It is within walkable distance to the main bus station.

Our booking included breakfast. When we arrived, we paid the eight nights in advance, and we were told that breakfast was served from 7:00 to 11:00, a buffet breakfast, and to just go and help ourselves the following morning. We did, and two mornings after, on arriving, we were told that our breakfast was not the buffet breakfast, but the American breakfast, and that we were supposed to present a coupon for the breakfast very morning. We had not been given any coupons, so we went to the reception desk to find out how to get the coupons. At the reception, we were told that they would leave the rest of the coupons in our room later that day, and that we could get the American breakfast that morning. Ironically, the American breakfast included more food than what we had eaten at the buffet breakfast the previous day, and from then on, we requested only one portion to share between the two of us. The coupons were NOT left in our room, so, the following morning we had to line up at the counter, waiting while loads of people were checking in and out of the hotel before we could get our coupon for the day. I asked for the rest of the coupons, but they said that due to regulations, they could only issue one coupon a day. I said we had paid for the whole stay in advance, and that this rigmarole was wasting their time and our time. Silence was the answer, and so each day we had to get our coupon. This was not a language issue. I speak Spanish fluently, and I read similar comments in Spanish on the hotel's book of suggestions. The hotel was as clean as the maids could leave it, but there are issues of maintenance. The light fixtures in the room had missing or broken panels, the light fixture above the basin should have been cleaned and replaced months ago, and some of the styrofoam panels of the bathroom ceiling also needed replacing. There are no hand towels provided, only two bath towels.

Hotel gone downhill

good location

Tried 3 different rooms. bathroom sink leaks on floor so they put a paint bucket, mildew behind caulking in bathroom, AC has no thermostat: off or on. very disappointing. I've stayed here before and it was much better. new owner, new name wont fix this!

Safe but disappointing. No beach but pool

Pool was clean. La Crucetta is a safe and tourist friendly town with nice restaurants. Hotel has Wifi and air conditioning.

Staff doesn’t speak English. I booked a room near the pool with King bed but didn’t get that. No ice, no fridge, no cups. Not that clean.
